Today is World Health Day. This year, the focus is on maternal and newborn health - and how health systems can better support women and families, not only during pregnancy, but long before it begins. Fertility care sits firmly within that picture. Because for many women, the journey to parenthood starts in uncertainty, often underpinned by silence, shame, or stress. Clinics have a powerful role to play in breaking down those early barriers. With clear communication, better emotional support, and the right technology - care can feel more connected from the very first step. This carousel explores some of the challenges patients face, and how clinics can keep improving the way they provide care. Because good care doesn’t wait until the second line appears. It begins the moment someone decides to ask for help 💜 #WorldHealthDay #FertilityCare #MaternalHealth #Fertility #Healthcare #DigitalTransformation

🚩 A £3 million fine. 📄 Exposed medical records. 🔓 Information on how to access patients’ homes. Last week, the BBC reported on the fallout from a 2022 breach affecting NHS fertility patients — and the consequences go far beyond one vendor. Because when data security fails, trust goes with it. And in fertility care, that trust is hard-won and easily lost. This carousel breaks down what happened — and what small clinics, in particular, should be thinking about now. 📖 Swipe through to read 🔗 Visit salvehealth.com to see how Salve keeps patient trust secure by design #FertilityCare #PatientTrust #DataSecurity #DigitalHealth #IVF #HealthTech #FertilityClinics #CyberSecurity #Infosec #EHR

Yesterday, we shared the potential benefits of Assisted Oocyte Activation (AOA) – where the evidence is strongest, and which patients might benefit most. Today, we’re diving into the other side of the discussion. AOA was one of the more debated topics at Best of ASRM & ESHRE 2025, and for good reason. While the technique offers hope in some IVF cycles, it also comes with questions – from its safety profile to concerns around standardisation and overuse. For those who couldn’t attend, this carousel explores the key clinical and ethical drawbacks raised at the event. 📖 Swipe through to understand where caution is still advised 🔗 Then visit salvehealth.com to see how Salve supports clinics navigating complex fertility treatments #IVF #Embryology #AOA #FertilityAddOns #ICSI #ESHRE2025 #ASRM2025 #ReproductiveHealth #SalveHealth #ClinicalInsights #LabInnovation

Not every egg fertilises after ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection). For some patients, that’s where the cycle ends – no embryos, no transfer, no next step. Assisted oocyte activation (AOA) is one tool being used to change that. At this year’s Best of ASRM & ESHRE 2025, AOA sparked lively discussion – from its clinical potential to its limitations. For those who couldn’t attend, we’ve put together two resources to help you catch up. Today: the potential benefits of AOA, including where the evidence is strongest. Tomorrow: the drawbacks, open questions, and why caution still matters. 📖 Swipe through to explore the case for AOA 🔗 Then head to salvehealth.com to see how Salve helps clinics deliver more connected IVF care #IVF #Embryology #FertilityAddOns #ICSI #AOA #ESHRE2025 #ASRM2025 #ReproductiveMedicine #DigitalHealth

Fertility care is changing faster than clinics can keep up with. AI is no longer experimental. Patients expect access to mobile apps. And clinics that haven’t embraced automation are haemorrhaging time spent on admin. But digital transformation isn’t about ticking off buzzwords – it’s about improving outcomes, workflows, and patient journeys. In our latest blog, we break down the five biggest digital trends shaping fertility care today – and what clinics can do to stay ahead. Salve reposted this
A huge thank you to the incredible Salve team in London for the warm welcome, invaluable training, and deep knowledge shared around the IVF journey. I’m excited to be back in healthcare and feeling truly inspired and beyond excited to help bring Salve’s mission of reinventing the IVF Journey for clinics and patients, to the U.S. & Canada after their 8 years and counting of dominating in the UK. It’s refreshing to find a company that leads with transparency, prioritizes work-life balance, and operates without toxicity or narcissism. I think Europeans are on to something and we can really learn a lot from them. The week went so well that even Heathrow caught fire right before my flight today keeping me in London through the weekend. Frankly, it's not the worst place to be stranded. Looking forward to getting back to their beautiful London office soon and contributing to help build something really great and needed in this industry. #IVF #Fertility #ReproductiveHealth #HealthTech #DigitalHealth
