Our B2B recycling marketplace is looking to ~double our BD team in the next few months. We've raised ~$25 million from leading VCs and the founders of Revolut & Monzo and are growing 14% MoM with +ve contribution margins and ~300% M6 Buyer Revenue Retention. We’re now at an inflection point - moving from a Trafigura/Glencore trading model to a managed marketplace. We’re offering a $5K (post probation) bounty to anyone who can help me find the following. 4 x Partnership Sales Associate • Hybrid of sales-engineer/SDR role (helping customers understand what problems we solve and own feedback loop of onboarding -> usage -> feedback -> product improvements) and a SDR/GTM role (targeting, qualifying, closing) 4 x Commodity Sales Trader • Hybrid of a commodities sales trading role (80%) and an account management role (20%) All roles visible on safi.co/careers.
