Brief: Pathways to Property wanted to try a different approach in appointing 2-3 new advisory board members. Previous appointments were made through internal networks - a method that had success, but it was time to expand the remit. Process: After defining what success looks like, we agreed to launch a broad, joint marketing campaign on LinkedIn aimed at driving awareness, engaging a diverse talent pool, and implementing a structured, transparent search process to attract top talent and ensure objective selection. An initial LinkedIn poll generated 195 votes and over 9,500 impressions to test interest. The collated marketing materials included an interview with Paddy Allen (Chair) to highlight the opportunity. LinkedIn exposure resulted in over 23,000+ impressions. Ian Worboys new venture, European Green Logistics Space (EGLS)), has officially launched, securing backing from Kamco Investments, LLC. EGLS aims to create a multi-billion-euro portfolio alongside a handful of other capital partners. EGLS kicks off with an initial team of 18, including two co-founders; Amos Chia, CIO (Formally Head of Acquisition at Crossbay) and Glen Lonie, CFO (Former Head of Asset Management for CEE at Cushman & Wakefield.)
