We are looking for a highly ambitious and motivated Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, responsible for the following key objectives 🚀 Proactively identify, pitch, and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and endorsement deals for the agency’s talent and non-exclusive 'friends of'. Develop and execute a brand partnership strategy aligned with talent profiles, audience demographics, and market trends. Collaborate closely with the talent management team to ensure brand collaborations fit into broader career strategies. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at brands, agencies, and PR firms. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring optimal deal structures, usage rights, exclusivity terms, and fees. Forecast revenue and set KPIs to measure success in brand partnerships. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and shifts in brand marketing strategies, sharing valuable insights with internal teams. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities. Present suitable talent and influencers for campaigns by building comprehensive profiles and rationales, including audience statistics and insights that meet campaign criteria. MUST have experience and procured talent for large scale campaigns (ATL/ OOH/ Broadcast) as well as proof of strong relationships within the media/agency/brand world. Taken some time to reflect on the EPIC journey that was this year's Paris Olympics and what an experience it was! Off the bat, I am SO incredibly proud of Nicole Holliday and Nick Bright for hosting Team GB House from opening to closing ceremony. Two and a half weeks of interviewing incredible Olympians, past and present, hosting a live show every evening and cramming in some sightseeing!
