The ban on landfilling biodegradable municipal waste in Scotland comes into effect from 1st January 2026. Landfill tax also increases significantly to £126.15 from 1st April 2025. In order to assess the response of the Scottish waste market to this dynamic and fluid situation, NATURAL CAPITAL ANALYSIS LIMITED are undertaking a market sentiment and readiness survey. This takes less than 3 minutes to complete and is confidential with no company or personal details required. The survey is intended to assess the readiness of the market, and the results will be shared with RMAS to highlight any serious issues or cause for concern.
