REFLECT is a new generation agency with diversity and inclusion in our DNA. We are proud to represent influencers and creators who inspire audiences around the world. We are a full service and digital marketing agency. We help brands and companies develop integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, drive conversions and help to better express brand positioning and organisational values related to inclusion and diversity. As REFLECT is a Community Interest Company, all profits from the agency will fund our social enterprise vision – more on this later. With the mighty River Group behind us, as well as a prestigious panel of experts, we’re here to champion change so that media becomes truly inclusive.   • Our Managing Director Jackie Blake, an influencer marketing expert, recently hosted a Lunch & Learn session all about diversity and inclusion (D&I) in social media. In this first video clip from the Lunch & Learn session, Jackie dives into the concept of diversity and inclusion in social media. She emphasises the importance of visually representing a broad range of individuals and being intentional about inclusion. Jackie highlights the need to ensure everyone feels seen, heard and welcomed, rather than excluded through stereotypical portrayals. Diversity and inclusion in media are about actively fostering an environment where a range of different voices can be heard and engaged with across social platforms. Jackie also introduces the crucial topic of accessibility in social media.     Today, we came together to honour the memory of our late colleague, Anthony (Ant), on what would have been his birthday. Born on April 1, 1984, Ant remains deeply missed by all who knew him. In his remembrance, we shared some extra-special delicious treats, kindly sent by his family – his parents, Alan and Lesley, his wife, Shantel, and his daughter, Thea. It was a heartfelt tribute to a wonderful person who touched so many lives. For those who may not be aware, Nicki Murphy has set up a fund to support 14-month-old Thea as she grows. The goal is to raise £50,000 over the next 10 years, helping to provide for her needs and build a meaningful nest egg – whether for her first car, college or university.
