About us
Preim is a leading managing agent, managing residential estates and garden villages across England and Wales. We work with a range of clients including home builders, resident management companies and even Community Interest Companies. We successfully manage over 150 estates which include more than 9,000 homes. How we manage a development can include working with a number of community partners, deploying community mobilisers or providing a basic package for effective asset management; we pride ourselves on a flexible approach which will suit the needs of each individual development. Our approach stems from a belief that we are all place makers; through better management of property, estates and community assets we can successfully bring communities together.

When managed well, they provide a space to connect with nature, meet neighbours, exercise, and even grow your own food. We’ve seen this first-hand at developments like Tadpole Garden Village, where residents have nurtured their green spaces and, in turn, developed a strong sense of community. At Preim, our job is to ensure these green spaces are protected and maintained for the long term - because investing in green spaces means investing in people’s health and happiness.
