  • It’s been ten years since we started the journey to unlock the power of people, and today marks an exciting new chapter — one where we unveil a new Personio. Across the many vital businesses that help drive Europe’s economy, many of them are stuck using outdated tools: spreadsheets, paper forms, and clunky software. Their people teams, who should focus on the most meaningful moments along the employee journey, deserve the opportunity to focus on impact, not on dull administrative duties. Today, our Co-Founder and CEO, Hanno Renner, introduced a reimagined Personio that helps teams step into their role as true strategic partners. Features like customizable branding that reflects each company’s unique culture, an intelligent AI assistant that handles routine tasks, and an evolved interface that makes every moment meaningful. And we’re only just beginning. As we continue evolving, we’ll craft solutions that put people first — not as resources to be managed, but as the driving force behind every successful business. Together, we’re building a future where work empowers people to do their best work. An Intelligent HR Platform to make every moment meaningful. Welcome to a new Personio. • One week volunteering with Frankfurt Zoological Society / Zoologische Gesellschaft Frankfurt in Tanzania for Personio Foundation – here’s what that looked like 👇 Waleed, Customer Success Manager at Personio recently spent a week in Arusha, working together with the local team of the NGO focused on wildlife and wilderness conservation in Tanzania and Zambia. He implemented Personio together with the People team, delivered training for all relevant modules, and helped set the team up for success in using our software, to allow them to focus on what matters most – their impactful work. “They’re a well respected establishment, doing really valuable work for the community. It was great to get to experience it in person”, said Waleed, looking back on the time he spent on-site.

  • Do HR managers need to be data experts? 📊 We asked Personio’s leadership team, and they all said the same: “No.”  But that’s far from the end of the story. They also provided some enlightening bits of wisdom for the many HR teams tackling the question of data in their work — and what execs expect of them. Here’s what they shared: 💡Hanno Renner, CEO:   - Insight: HR professionals should prioritise understanding their team dynamics over mastering data.   - Why: To craft narratives from data that align with strategic objectives. 📊 Birgit Haderer, Chief Financial Officer:   - Insight: Clean and reliable data is crucial.   - Why: To focus on deriving insights rather than verifying data accuracy. 👥 Jonas Rieke, Chief Operations Officer:   - Insight: HR teams are already experts in HR matters, that’s where their real value lies.   - Why: To ask the right questions of the data and drive meaningful outcomes. 📈 Philip Lacor, Chief Revenue Officer:   - Insight: HR should be able to use the data to inform strategic decisions.   - Why: To implement strategies that enhance business performance. 💬 Naman Khan, Chief Marketing Officer:   - Insight: Focus on HR, let technology handle the data.   - Why: To drive insights from the data that technology can already bring to you.
