    Me: "So why do you work with... INSERT ONE OF 'Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds, Egon Zehnder or Korn Ferry' ” ? Hiring Lead: "Uhmmm because we always have and if they f*ck it up I won't get in trouble from the board". I hear this more than you would think.
