March the Month 2025 – What a journey! Last month, colleagues across Moss laced up their trainers, set their step goals high, and took part in Prostate Cancer UK’s ‘March the Month’ challenge, walking, wheeling, cycling, and dancing their way to raise awareness and vital funds for a cause that touches so many lives. From 16-mile daily bike commutes to step-tracking in Sri Lanka, our teams went the extra mile and then some. Over 50 colleagues joined in from across the business, clocking up thousands of steps a day to honor the 11,000 men who lose their lives to prostate cancer each year. We were also incredibly proud to welcome Desmond Clarke, a prostate cancer survivor and big Moss supporter, who shared his moving personal story at our celebration event last week. His reminder to know your risk and get checked hit home for many of us. Huge congratulations to our winners: Winning Team IT: Brett, Helen, Jay, Susie & Una Top Individual Stepper: Jack Thank you to our event organizers: Roshni, Natasha, Lesley, Lorraine & Bob But the biggest win? The awareness raised, the honest conversations sparked, and the collective spirit that’s brought us even closer as a team. Swipe through to see the teams who took part and helped inspire change. Every step counted. Every conversation mattered. #LifeatMoss #MarchTheMonth #ProstateCancerUK

This spring, we’ll be opening the doors to our most ambitious store yet — Oxford Street West. Set in one of the world’s most iconic retail destinations, this flagship marks a major milestone in Moss’s journey. It’s more than a store — it’s a statement of who we are today: expert tailoring, modern style, and a completely reimagined customer experience, all under the new Moss branding. Following 15 new and refitted stores in 2024, Oxford Street West will set a new benchmark for design, service innovation, and digital integration. It’s also the final piece in transforming all of central London to the new Moss identity, joining recent re-openings in Fenchurch, Cheapside, Victoria, and Holborn. The space leads the way for what’s ahead in 2025 — and we can’t wait to welcome you and share updates as the Oxford Street store refurbishment progresses. Scroll through for a first look at what’s to come. 👋 Interested in joining the team at Moss? Meet Marcus, from our Holborn store, who’s been part of the Moss family for nearly 40 years. Read his story 👇 “I think I started at Moss in 1984. I’ve been here for about 40 years – this is maybe my third job. It was a different world back then. I've seen a lot of transition, from manual to computerised, technologies moving on. But Moss has always been good to me. People are more casual now; they wear what they want. Suit styles have remained the same in some ways but have also changed dramatically. Three buttons to two buttons to one button, double breasted is now coming back into the fold. You’ve got slim fit, tailored fit. At one time there was only one style, which was regular fit, so you had to do numerous alterations on every suit. Now there are fewer alterations. I develop a relationship with customers and it’s good to have, because they remember you and you remember them. It’s a rapport, really: they don’t want to be served by anyone else because you’ve got that connection, that personal touch. They trust my ability and like what I do. They call up and ask for Marcus. One time a guy came in when I was manager of Grays Inn Road. I never knew this guy, I don’t know where he came from, but I served him, and he was really pleased. A few weeks later the head office told me he wrote a letter - people still wrote letters back then - giving me a great appraisal. I’ve got a copy of the letter somewhere at home. That guy was an angel. What would I tell someone starting at Moss today? Work hard, keep going, be motivated, learn as much as you can. And listen" #LifeatMoss
