This year's HSE Summit at Modulaire Group was truly a transformative experience! Bringing together Operation Directors and Safety Leaders and Professionals from around the globe, the summit kicked off with the milestone celebration for our first Group Zero Harm Month in May along with local recognitions of service centres across the business that reached more than 2000 days harm free and focused on upcoming Safety initiatives and programmes to sustain this result long term. Two full inspiring days where profitable exchanges took place to share challenges, solutions, experiences and best practices in the HSE domain adopting a continuous improvement mindset and to enhance our safety culture! Two full days both productive and enjoyable to share and boost our strategies in our journey to zero harm! The summit took place in Amsterdam (NL) and was host in one of our excellent service centre, Beverwijk, where there was the chance to conduct meaningful safety observations on the field, engaging in productive dialogues with colleagues encouraging safe behaviours and involving the participation in safety programs and commitment to foster a sense of ownership and accountability. Thanks to local team (NIJDEKEN Bas) and SBU ( DE ZWART Wouter, SNATER Nanno, Nastran Borut), lead by ENSE MD, Angèle Brucker, for this opportunity. The event was jointly lead by Group HSE Director, Caterina Iannazzo, and Group Operations Director, Steven Cast, that provide insightful sessions on our safety leadership principles and our strong safety culture, where every individual takes responsibility for their safety and the safety of their colleagues.
