Key highlights of the report include: - 51% women, 49% men – a balanced workforce - 33% drop in the gender pay gap (from 29.03% to 19.44%) from the previous year Global People Director Adelaide Forbes says “Macro is proud of this year’s result and the improvement from last year, confirming our continued commitment to our EDI strategy.
