A crucial week for shipping regulation and climate diplomacy kicks off on April 7 at the International Maritime Organization. The IMO is due to approve mid-term climate measures to decarbonise shipping by or around 2050. But there remain disagreements between member states on what this will look like with strong factions both for and against a carbon levy. Our senior reporter Declan Bush spells out what is at stake and how the talks may play out in this video.
