  • Barney Cokeliss captures the sparkle of Cartier's latest exhibition at the V&A with the #LeicaQ343 💎 Barney shares, “My favourite focal length has always been around 40mm, it’s the perfect balance between people and environment. It’s exciting that the Leica Q3 43 offers that ideal angle of view in a versatile and compact body. I’m huge fan of the Leica SL-System, especially with M-Lenses, but for times when a smaller, lighter, one-handed camera is needed, the new Q3 43 is a superb addition.” See more from the Leica Q3 43: https://bit.ly/4j91VP3

  • Highlighting the #WomenAtLeica this Women's History Month. Meet Maria, from our Flagship Store, Leica Store London Mayfair. She joined the team three years ago, and while you may not always spot her in the store, her creative touch for our visual merchandising can be seen throughout the space. Maria’s cameras of choice are her Leica MP and SL2-S, sharing, “I've always had a passion for analogue photography, as I love experimenting with different types of film. I also enjoy Leica M-Lenses on my SL2-S camera, as it gives me more control.” Outside of Mayfair, Maria can often be found on long hikes or exploring new corners of London, with her camera in hand she’s always ready to capture her next shot. 📷: Image printed using the Leica SOFORT 2 #WomensHistoryMonth #LeicaCamera #LeicaUK

On Wednesday evening, we had the pleasure of welcoming Time+Tide Watches to Leica Store London Mayfair for an exclusive showcase of the Leica watch collection. We were joined by Henrik Ekdahl, the Managing Director for Ernst Leitz Werkstätten GmbH – The Leica Accessories Division and Russell Sheldrake, UK Time+Tide Editor. Together they discussed the history of Leica watches, tracing the origins back to Ernst Leitz I’s education as a watchmaker before founding Leica. Bringing the story into the present, they delved into the intricate craftsmanship behind the current watch collection and highlighted the shared artistry that bridges the worlds of photography and watches.
