As we all move into this new era of KPIs, reporting, audits and standards, our technical support teams have never been so important and valued. Whether your job title says you’re an admin officer, a technical support person, a technician or a business support specialist, this is the right course for you. We will soon be starting the next cohort of the Level 3 Public Service Building Control administration qualification and I’m very happy to announce that I’ll be the course tutor. This is a 9 session course with two-hour lunchtime lectures on Mondays delivered over a six month period. As this is a L3 CIOB accredited qualification there will be some assignments too. You may have done some training in the past, or this may be completely new for you. You don’t need years of experience, although if you do, we hope you’ll share it with your colleagues on the course, as it’s great being able to talk with people who face the same challenges. You can find out more about this qualification here https://lnkd.in/exkZAVZ7 and can reach us at learning@labc.co.uk or call us on 0208 616 8120 if you would like to talk about it.
