Numaan, Front of House Customer Helper has recently been awarded a Great Deal Friendlier Award 🥇 A customer approached him at the gate with a special request. The customer wanted to have his son's Elf on the Shelf placed in the child's seat on the aircraft as a surprise before boarding. With the flight leaving from a remote stand, this was no simple task and Numaan wasn’t sure if it would be possible. However, determined to help, and thanks to his efforts, the elf was securely placed in the seat, buckled in and ready for the big surprise 🤩✈️ The customer was beyond grateful for his kindness and dedication. Deep dive into our Contracting Team! 🔍 Julia, Contracts Manager for Menorca and Sinead, Area Manager for Balearics recently visited a potential new property in Menorca, joined by the hotel's Operations and Commercial Director. Together, they began planning for Summer 2025, envisioning the hotel as our new flagship family all-inclusive product. Part of their role? Visiting hotels to ensure every detail meets the high standards our customers expect and negotiate the commercial agreement! They walked in the footsteps of our guests, inspecting everything from pools and sunbeds to restaurants, bars, entertainment areas, and the kids' club 🏖️ This is just one example of how our Contracting team works behind the scenes to create amazing experiences for our customers ❤️ #ContractingTeam #MeetTheTeam
