On Friday, we hosted our first-ever IWD Celebration for Women in Tech Leaders in Northern Ireland - and what an incredible day it was! 👏 Our sold-out event was a true celebration of the amazing women, both technical and non-technical, who are making an impact in our industry. It was raw, honest, and inspiring - our speakers shared their journeys, the challenges they’ve faced, and how they’ve lifted others up along the way. A common theme? None of them got here alone - mentorship, support and community were at the heart of their success. One thing that really stood out was the number of allies in the room. So often, IWD events are packed with incredible women (which is amazing!), but seeing so many people, regardless of gender, show up to champion and celebrate women in tech made it even more special. A huge thank you to our incredible speakers and MC; Suzi Stewart, Laura McClean, Fiona Browne, Lorna McAdoo, Suzanne Ledgerwood, Fustina Donaghy, Claire Louise McIntyre and Sinead Heverin - this event wouldn’t have been possible without you.
