Huge congratulations to the runners who completed the Schneider Electric Paris Marathon last Sunday. This was the first in our European leg of our target to have team members complete marathons in all our data centre locations in 2025, with runners also preparing for the upcoming London and Madrid marathons.  Chickenshed Theatre helped to secure our London spots and are the charity we are fundraising for. They are an organisation that champions diversity and inclusion in theatre. As they celebrate 50 years, we have already raised over £9,000 towards our £12,000 goal. Global Switch recently bid farewell to Klaus Kokemoor who is retiring after over seven years at Global Switch. Klaus was a Financial Accountant at our #Frankfurt site and an esteemed colleague. We marked his retirement with a surprise party in Frankfurt where he was presented with tickets to see his favourite band, along with travel and accommodation in Berlin for him and his wife to enjoy the concert. We thank Klaus for his hard work over the years and wish him a relaxing and happy retirement.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting nine girls, aged 11 to 15, at our #Frankfurt data centre as part of Girls'Day - Mädchen-Zukunftstag This nationwide initiative aims to introduce young women to careers in science, technology, engineering and maths - fields in which female representation remains disproportionately low. The day seeks not only to inform, but also to inspire, providing students with a tangible sense of the possibilities available to them in technical professions. The programme offered insights into key roles within our operations. Students' keen interest and perceptive questions served as a reminder of the importance of such initiatives in shaping future talent, and the benefits of increasing diversity in the industry.
