Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting nine girls, aged 11 to 15, at our #Frankfurt data centre as part of Girls'Day - Mädchen-Zukunftstag This nationwide initiative aims to introduce young women to careers in science, technology, engineering and maths - fields in which female representation remains disproportionately low. The day seeks not only to inform, but also to inspire, providing students with a tangible sense of the possibilities available to them in technical professions. The programme offered insights into key roles within our operations. Students' keen interest and perceptive questions served as a reminder of the importance of such initiatives in shaping future talent, and the benefits of increasing diversity in the industry. On 22 March Global Switch will once again participate in Earth Hour, joining millions worldwide in a display of solidarity for our natural world.
