During our recent AML Summit and Summer School sessions, we observed attendees actively engaging in chat discussions, sharing challenges, and collaboratively problem-solving. Recognizing the limitations of one-way webinar platforms, we sought to create a space where MLROs could connect in person and support one another, acknowledging that this role can often feel isolating. Introducing the MLRO Book Club: an exclusive community offering both in-person and virtual forums for AML leaders to connect, learn, and share insights. Members drive the conversations, focusing on real-time challenges they're facing. Our in-person lunch meetings feature set discussion topics with pre-reading materials provided in advance to ensure everyone is aligned.
