Seeing their enthusiasm and curiosity as they explored different career paths was truly inspiring. 💡 From setting up computers in IT to preparing prototypes in product management, embroidering socks in production, and testing yarns in the lab – our young guests got hands-on experience across various departments. They even tried their hand at retail, sample sewing, and internal communications. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁? 🏆 FALKE KGaA wins The Golden City Gate 2025 Silver Star Award at ITB Berlin! 🏆 We are beyond honored to receive the Golden City Gate Silver Star Award at ITB Berlin 2025 for our campaign FALKE #EmpowHer campaign in Namibia. This award recognizes not just a film, but a powerful story of female empowerment, intergenerational connection, and the spirit of endurance - four women, four generations, four days, running four marathons across Namibia’s breathtaking desert landscapes. This achievement would not have been possible without our incredible partners. A heartfelt thank you to the Namibia Tourism Board, Gondwana Collection Namibia, Interair, Ethiopian Airlines for their trust and collaboration. Special recognition goes to Jens Rosenthal (Weltmeyster) for building crucial connections with the tourism boards - I'm proud to be working alongside him here at ITB Berlin, strengthening these valuable partnerships.
