Kevin Cruickshank: 5 years ago, I performed a management buyout of Engage from the Compello Staffing Group. We had been running the Engage business for 15 years under that group structure and a team of people were brave enough to come on a journey with me, Engage PSG Search was born! The plan was to create brand positioning for Go-To-Market search at executive, management, and individual contributor levels, hiring across key specialist markets. Those markets were and still are Data & Insights, Digital Identity, FinTech, RegTech, Fraud, Cyber, Risk & Compliance technology, and, of course, wider SaaS and Enterprise Technology. Fast-forward five years, and we now have a strong reputation and brand recognition across those sectors. We have built an amazing client base across the US, EMEA, and APAC, with a physical presence in LA, Sydney, and London. In addition to our GTM expertise, we have developed a strong technology leadership capability to support our client's needs for outstanding tech talent. We have been supported by so many people on this journey (which actually feels like it's just starting) and I look forward to seeing what the next 5 years bring.
