Today, we announce the arrival of 200 tonnes of unrecyclable waste at our new Skelton Grange energy from waste facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire, marking an important commissioning milestone towards full operations. Last week we had the pleasure of hosting Bill Esterson MP, Chair of the UK Parliament's Energy Security and Net Zero Select Committee, at our Parc Adfer facility. During his visit, we discussed the role the facility plays diverting unrecyclable waste from North Wales away from climate damaging landfill, and our exciting proposals to install carbon capture technology to transform the site into the largest carbon removal project in Wales. Our thanks to Mr Esterson for his time and some reflections he provided to camera on his visit.
