  • After a tumultuous few days following the announcement of unprecedented US tariffs and steeper-than-expected Saudi OSP cuts for May, the global oil and broader markets are in a state of flux. In response to these extremely uncertain times, we hosted a webinar for our subscribers yesterday to make sense of what we are seeing in the markets. Click to watch the webinar on-demand -https://lnkd.in/eBfxM26q Watch Founder and Director of Market Intelligence Dr Amrita Sen, Head of Geopolitics Richard Bronze, Head of Oil Demand Koen Wessels and Head of Analytics Dr Nicky Ferguson discuss: - The escalating tariff war: The impact of Trump’s tariffs, how global markets are responding and adjusting. Crude will remain under pressure and could fall below $50/bbl in the near-term. - OPEC+ and crude prices: With OPEC's decision to increase oil production, downward pressure on crude will remain. - Financial flows: Diminishing liquidity amid record positioning is leaving prices at the mercy of systematic flows. Deferred long timespread positions at risk with further flat price weakness. #EnergyAspects #Tariffs #LiberationDay #CrudeOil #OOTT
