Yesterday we welcomed a group of young people from The King's Trust Explore programme, for our second World of Work Day at Park House. Deputy Head of Private Banking Francesca Speroni and colleagues discussed their experience at EFG, and the various pathways into Private Banking careers. Conor Hayes, Alex Gibson and Natalie Pascoe delivered educational sessions on Managing Money and Financial Crime. Head of HR Helen Curtis and other colleagues hosted CV reviews and mock interviews to support our young guests in building their confidence when entering the world of work. This was a great day for everyone as we all believe in investing in the next generation by providing young people some of our time and knowledge. We were inspired by their enthusiasm, and we look forward to hosting further sessions in the near future. #WeAreEFG #Partnerships #PrivateBanking #NextGen
