What....A...Night! Beyond thrilled (and still in shock!) that we scooped Best Employer at the Springboard Awards for Excellence 2025! 🎉 A huge thank you to Springboard, Chris Gamm, the judges, and our award sponsor Boyes Turner for this incredible recognition. But more importantly, thank you Springboard for everything you do to champion careers in hospitality and shine a spotlight on the amazing people who make this industry what it is (not to mention the nominees of the Fiona Colley award which has me in tears in the very best way every year). To our fellow finalists and winners—congratulations! The energy in that room at Wembley was something special, and it was truly inspiring to see so many businesses working tirelessly to support their people, develop talent, and drive our industry forward. For us, this award is about more than a 'trophy' (though we do love a shiny award!). It’s about our brilliant people, collective efforts, shared values and the culture we create to make a workplace where our teams can thrive and feel valued.
