Launching in May 2025 as part of GEMINI Release 25.1, our new Expert Fee Collection Service will allow Expert companies to create claims and instructions within the GEMINI system for unregistered Carriers. This means: ✅ Clear identification of instructing parties – Know exactly which carriers appear on each claim. ✅ Full payment transparency – Track invoices at every stage. ✅ Greater consistency – Use GEMINI for all cases, not just Carrier-created GEMINI instructions.
