On behalf of Fernham Homes, DHA are pleased to announce that Canterbury City Council have approved a Reserved Matters application for the delivery of 85 new homes on land at Blean Common. This decision follows outline planning permission being granted at appeal in April 2023. The high-quality scheme, which was designed by Clague Architects, will deliver much needed homes in the borough as well as new play areas and open spaces for ecological enhancements. It will deliver a scheme that responds to its setting, whilst creating an environment with its own unique character that will complement the local area. *Development Viability* 🏗️ 💰   DHA's Development Viability Team specialise in providing advice on the viability on a range of schemes, from the initial feasibility stages, through to application stage viability assessments.   In 2024, the team successfully provided viability advice on a range of schemes, across over 20 local planning authorities in #London and the #SouthEast. Whilst the number of pubs fell below 39,000 for the first time last year, DHA Planning Group were pleased to be involved with a project that will see an existing rural public house in the North Kent #NationalLandscape and #GreenBelt refurbished and almost double in size!!   Gravesham Borough Council have granted permission to extend and refurbish #TheGoldenLion in Luddesdown.
