What a thrill to have our Chapel Down Bacchus mentioned on Waitrose & Partners's own Dish podcast! Perfectly paired with a delicious roast salmon with soy, orange & chilli, our Bacchus' characteristically crisp and fresh flavour profile was the ideal accompaniment. It's a joy to hear English wine given its time in the spotlight and in such prestigious company! Catch the episode in full: https://lnkd.in/eZBGEK-m

What a wonderful way to start a new week! We're thrilled to see A Touch of Sparkle Classic featured among 'The Best English Sparkling Wine to Buy in 2025' by Jane MacQuitty for The Times. The "elegant elderflower-scented fizz" was noted for its "light, zingy, herbaceous fruit" - and Jane had some very kind words for our Chapel Down Brut, too! Described as "an elegant citrus-twist chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier blend" that's "great to have on hand for Easter visitors", we hope you'll agree it's a wonderful choice for your Easter table. Our huge thanks to Jane MacQuitty and The Times for the feature. Read the article in full here: https://lnkd.in/eBwkEN-M And learn more about A Touch of Sparkle here: https://lnkd.in/e9DgG3pj

Today is hashtag #NationalPlantAFlowerDay - on which we are encouraged not only to plant flora, but to appreciate nature. In the words of our Head Winemaker, Josh Donaghay-Spire, "Hedgerows are vital parts of nature’s ecosystem. Every time we plant a vineyard we plant more hedgerows… and this is habitat for wildlife to exist." To see the beautiful nature that surrounds our vineyards, take a look at this film.
