I was interested in communications and personnel, so when I registered with Centre People, they told me they had an opening and so I interviewed and was successful!" 🔍 𝘘: What are the biggest challenges facing the recruitment industry today? 🔄 A: "The work environment is changing so much now, that people like me in their 40s and 50s, the managers and directors, the way they started their career is now very different to the way that people are starting now. 🌸 Networking under the blossoming trees 🌸 Today, one of our team members had the pleasure of attending the "Cherry Blossom Lunch 2025" at Bloesempark in Amstelveen! With over 100 business professionals in attendance, the event was a fantastic opportunity to connect and network under the breath-taking canopy of cherry blossoms in full bloom. Despite a slight chill in the air, we were lucky to catch some rare Dutch sunshine, making the experience even more memorable. Seeing nearly 400 cherry trees in full bloom was nothing short of spectacular, rivalling even the stunning sakura of Japan.
