"We’ve got the data, we just can’t see it." 🤔 💻 Paul Devlin summed it up perfectly during a recent webinar with Willmott Dixon. There’s no shortage of information, but too often it’s buried in disconnected systems, locked in PDFs, or spread across platforms that don’t talk to each other. The result? Missed opportunities, delayed decisions, and wasted time. In this webinar, Paul and Simon Carter explored what it really takes to connect the dots – and why bridging the gap between systems, teams, and data is key to driving business efficiency. The message is clear: digital transformation doesn’t have to be complex, but it does have to be connected. 🤝 Catch the recording of this insightful session here 👉 https://lnkd.in/ezQR8VdM #ConstructionTech #DigitalConstruction

Stop selling. Start storytelling. 🗣️ “We need to tell a story.” Not just about features. Not just about platforms or projects. But about why digital transformation matters to people. 💡 In our latest episode of Deconstructing Digital, we talk with Alex Winchester about a truth the construction and tech industries often miss: Tech doesn’t inspire change, stories do. ✨ Stories about empowerment, safer sites, smarter decisions, stronger communities. It’s not enough to pitch a product – we need to paint a picture. 📍 Where are we heading? ❔ Why does it matter? 🙋♀️ What’s the real benefit for the people on the ground? Alex really dives into why it's time for a new kind of conversation in our industry. One that puts people, not just products, at the heart of digital transformation. Is storytelling the missing piece in construction’s digital shift? 🎧 Listen now: https://lnkd.in/ekD3fhjU #DeconstructingDigital Amelia Fletcher-Blackburn

Clean Team Assemble!🧤🦸 Last week, our Team rolled up their sleeves and got stuck in at the Bromley Street Underpass, helping to transform the space by painting over graffiti as part of the Great British Spring Clean.🧼🧹 This volunteering day is one of several Social Value commitments we’ve made through our infrastructure contract with Manchester City Council, and it’s always rewarding to see the difference a bit of time and teamwork can make in the local area. A huge thanks to everyone who took part, and to Manchester City Council for the opportunity to collaborate on a project that supports cleaner, safer community spaces. 💚 #GreatBritishSpringClean #CleanCityProject Lauren Arblaster Emma Elliott Eleanor Loftus James Jervis James Letman Eden Wood Joe E. Here, we talk about: 🔹 Why tackling inefficiencies in isolation often backfires 🔹 How planning and trust are more powerful than any point solution 🔹 What it really takes to bring people with you – especially on-site 🔹 And how we move from firefighting to futureproofing 💬 “People are used to working in a tense environment – we need to unlearn that.” If you’re working on digital adoption, managing resistance, or trying to shift habits across teams – this one’s packed with insight. We’re proud to be sponsoring the Construction CFO Summit on 13th May in London this year – the only event in the UK dedicated to senior finance professionals in construction. 🌟 We know that finance leaders play a crucial role in driving digital transformation across the built environment – from industry compliance (such as the Fair Payment Code) to improving cost control and unlocking better project performance through smarter data. 📈 We're looking forward to joining conversations around innovation, resilience, and the future of finance in construction. If you’re attending, we'll be there and we’d love to share how Causeway is helping organisations and CFOs connect commercial and operational data to deliver real results.
