The UK Government has released updated statutory guidance for Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, reinforcing businesses' responsibility to combat modern slavery in their operations and supply chains. Companies with an annual turnover of £36 million+ must publish an annual slavery and human trafficking statement to ensure transparency and accountability.
