Under his guidance, the team has achieved transformative milestones, including: ❇️ The WorkWell Self-Assessment Tool, which has positively impacted over 1.43 million employees—equivalent to the population of Liverpool—across 30+ industry sectors. ❇️ The Prioritise People report, which revealed that investing in wellbeing strategies could deliver a value of £4,000–£12,000 per employee, adding 6–17% of UK GDP. Additionally, it highlights the link between prioritising people and improving productivity (by 10%), resilience, and profitability (by 23%). As Javier hands over the baton, we are thrilled to welcome Siobhan Moynihan, Chief Financial Officer at Bupa, as our new Chair of the Wellbeing Leadership Team.
