⚒️ A Day at South Cerney - Putting Roofing Skills to the Test ⚒️ At the BMI Academy, we don’t just train customers we also ensure our colleagues are equipped with a deep understanding of our products and systems (it’s also a great excuse to get the blowtorch out) 🔥 Recently, Vishnu Vishwanath and his team visited our South Cerney site. Beginning their journey at our production centre, they got to see first-hand the full BMI range and the hardworking team who bring them to life. Of course, our production manager, Richard Osbourne, ensured all health and safety gear was securely on during the tour 😎 The afternoon saw the team getting stuck into a range of practical roofing exercises. With expert guidance from our lead technical trainer, Stuart Farndell, they learned how BMI products can help elevate a roof and discovered installation tips for a long-lasting roof. It was a fantastic day full of skill-building, connecting with colleagues and fun. Leah's incredible skills, passion and dedication truly impressed the judges, earning her the top spot. But her success doesn't stop there - she continues to inspire others with her tenacious spirit and hard work throughout her apprenticeship.
