We’re pleased to share a major legal win for wealth manager XY UK and its owner, Dr. Daniele Migani, in the case of GI GLOBINVESTMENT, MDM, and LDM vs. XY UK. After nearly four years of litigation, the High Court in London dismissed all allegations of fraud and negligence, including a €50 million damages claim. The court attributed the Montezemolo family’s financial losses to the extraordinary market conditions of caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and other geopolitical factors in early 2020.
