We’ve just had our first Town Hall of 2025!    Of course, that meant we kicked things off with a Rock, Paper, Scissors tournament (congratulations to Alexandra Cohen), discussed our exciting plans for the future, and – perhaps most importantly – gathered our entire agency to celebrate the people who work so hard to make it such a great place to be.    We believe these events are key to building stronger working relationships, driving success, and sharing great work across our teams. At each Town Hall, our colleagues also nominate each other for the Armadillo Awards, with winners exceptionally demonstrating our values of Craft, Challenge and Ownership. Ever wondered how Gary Neville uses AI to be a pundit? According to him at MAD//FEST up north 2025 he uses it to aggregate his facts on football even better than his sky sports stat pack. I was pleased to hear him say he does NOT us it for his opinions. Imagine if all pundits did, would entertainment all become bland?
