As it’s the end Q1 I thought I would post my biggest achievements this year so far. When I started at Arch Insurance International 3 years ago I joined a call where I had to talk to 16 people I got so nervous I faked internet issues and hung up, fast forward to January 2025 where I hosted a Q&A with the CEO Hugh Sturgess & Branch Manager Janine Starkie to 70+ people in person where Hugh & Janine got to discuss their early career successes & career advice. Then March I was invited to speak on the town hall to 950+ people in Arch to talk all about the LGBTQ+ & Allies Network which I am the UK Co-Chair for. I am so thankful to Arch for allowing me to grow as a person and for always giving me oppurtunities to better myself.
