September is Deaf Awareness Month, a month dedicated to raising public awareness about deafness, hearing loss, and the unique challenges faced by deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. Michael S., Talent and Capability Manager, photographed here in the middle at his moms 60th, shared his thoughts on how team members can support their fellow hard-of-hearing team members. "We take hearing for granted and you do not realise what you have till you lose it. Even with my hearing aids I still miss snippets of conversations or key elements of dialogue. With awareness, we can be more supportive of each other and more considerate of each other."

The World Courier team in Korea hosted a Han River cleanup event with employees and their families, taking a big step toward our ESG goals. Despite challenging weather, everyone pitched in to collect and recycle waste, showcasing our commitment to environmental stewardship.
