Last night we were invited to University of the West of England to attend the launch for Bridge Studios, a fantastic space leading the way for collaboration and innovation between creative and tech. An interdisciplinary panel took on the topic of creative capital, discussing how creative research can work with advanced technology to drive growth. We heard excellent perspectives from the world of engineering, music and tech before touring the studio and seeing robots (and cobots!) in action. With a view to balancing the demands of now with the potential for providing value for a sustainable economy in the future, we're excited to see how the space develops.

Our CEO Tom Harber and Head of Tech James H. have been out and about meeting the Condense team today getting to grips with their clever new platform. With loads of possible applications we're excited to see where this takes them next 👀
Great day in Bristol with Tom Harber meeting the folks from Condense to explore potential opportunities to work together. They're working on a very clever platform that generates 3d models of humans from an array of cameras in real-time, and then streams them into a virtual environment. So many potential use cases. They're already working with the BBC and others. Lots of clever use of technology (including machine learning) for things including removing backgrounds, movement prediction, mesh optimisation, synchronisation, and others. And all rendered in a web browser!

They did an absolutely brilliant job producing website and social media content, plus an outstanding film featuring interviews with creative industries professionals about how they got into the sector and their advice to young people.
