Nicki Milner joins the Additional Lengths Group as Commercial Director! We’re excited to welcome Nicki Milner to Additional Lengths Group. Nicki joins us from Cloud Nine, where she led commercial and digital operations for 15+ years, prior to this Nicki held various key roles at GHD, where she transformed its digital business in over 11 years, and MDV Distribution. Nicki’s appointment comes as we expand globally, following CEO Lisa Jackson’s arrival in January 2025 and strategic investment from Growth Partner, backed by entrepreneur Richard Harpin. Founder Victoria Lynch shares, "I couldn’t be happier to have Nicki join our thriving business. There aren’t many businesses who have achieved £20m net revenue without a sales team. Nicki’s vast experience in both the pro and consumer space will be instrumental in scaling our operations." Revealing our brand new Remi Cachet logo, inline with our rebrand. The next step in our growth journey, as we evolve our new logo needs to reflect a more sophisticated visual world to match the maturity of our brand. We’ve transitioned from the bright pink tones and simplicity of the sans serif font and re-crafted the letterforms with natural curves, serifs and expressive strokes – evoking the fluid nature of hair. Looking back at where we began with our logo in 2013 at the very start of the brand, to the present day, shows our journey of growth and maturity with a nod to our heritage.

We’re excited to announce a new CEO for Additional Lengths Ltd… Global beauty industry veteran Lisa Jackson, previously CCO at La Perla Beauty in the UK and GM of Revlon in the UK and Ireland, has joined as Chief Executive Officer. Lisa will work alongside founder Victoria Lynch to drive the next phase of growth for Additional Lengths and Remi Cachet. Founder Victoria Lynch will continue leading innovative product development, delivering world-class hair extensions for hair professionals and their clients across the globe. With decades of industry experience and education in extensions, she will remain hyper-focused on empowering the next generation of stylists with innovative and high-quality hair products. “Lisa is joining at a critical time with the brand’s debut into the Unites States” says Victoria, “I could not be more thrilled to welcome her into the world of Additional Lengths and Remi Cachet. Together, we will be a powerhouse for the brands’ future and I am excited to work closely, and in tandem, with Lisa to reach all our ambitious international growth and innovation goals.” With an acumen for long-term brand building and sustainability, Lisa will lead our continued international growth by exploring new channel opportunities and leading strategic business development.
