Twid works worldwide, didn't you know? And many of our clients keep coming back to us for more and more projects. One such client is Red Bee Creative, a UK-based creative agency with a strong TV heritage that specializes in media and entertainment. They focus on working with broadcasters and the entertainment industry in general. Twid first created a new identity and system for Red Bee in 2022, and then the agency came back to us for a new website in 2024. We embedded the principle of format adaptability in the new design system we developed for Red Bee Creative. This flexibility also became the foundation of the website concept, where we seamlessly combined dynamic identity elements with balanced, neutral compositions, typography, and UI elements. The Ukrainian School of Political Studies is a vibrant community shaping the future of Ukraine today. It unites changemakers who drive transformation and influence key processes in the country. We know this firsthand, as two of our team members are proud USPS alumni. This year’s conference centers around the theme of foundations. To mark the opening, we created a video retrospective that revives the moments that built the foundation of independent Ukraine and shaped USPS’s remarkable journey. The continuation of the story of the app, which aims to provide a constant sense of security for its users. Kateryna has become such an organic part of everyday life, easily integrating into daily habits, that it has even affected nasty comments on social media and in the news. We're only too happy to see our hypothesis confirmed, so we're happy to read such statements even without having to hit the rescue button. Design Meets Defense We broke the first bank for the font and donated 86,762 UAH to the Da Vinci Wolves battalion. This means that more than 170 people have already downloaded TwidGrotesk, supporting Ukrainian design and our army. Thank you to everyone who joined! But we are not stopping there. Sometimes it takes an outsider to bring out the best of who you are. Which is exactly what happened when we asked Ukrainian agency TWID — Marketing & Tech Agency to partner with us on the rebuild of our website.    We first collaborated with TWID in 2022 on an initiative to support the creative industry in Ukraine after the start of the war. Then, earlier last year, they helped us to refresh our visual identity. So they’d had a while to get to know us.   Working alongside our Head of Design, Jane Fielder and Technical Director, Bharat Trivedi, we tasked TWID with updating the Red Bee Creative website to reflect our key points of difference.   TWID saw our unique strength as a team to deliver intelligent, bespoke solutions for every task. And wanted to build a site that reflects the richness of our new brand, whilst also providing a secure, easy-to-manage backend.    The result is a beautiful, dynamic site with a robust, user-friendly CMS that celebrates our skills and work in a way we might never have got to on our own. As Jane puts it, “I hadn’t realised how good it is for the creative soul to have another creative agency play back to you what your strengths are. It’s given us a new energy and vigour for what we do.”   TWID didn’t just bring a fresh perspective, they brought a passion and dedication that was incredible considering they were working in a war zone. They never missed a deadline, or a meeting - even if it meant hooking up to a generator. We’ve always said we’ll go to great lengths to find the right collaborators. We partnered with Yavir-2000 to completely transform the SOS Button app into Kateryna—a brand dedicated to empowering women and giving them control in dangerous situations. Our comprehensive approach covered everything from brand strategy and identity to the development of the app, website, and advertising campaign. At every stage, our goal was to make Kateryna an essential feature on any phone, as indispensable as a bank card or camera. Simple, intuitive, and seamlessly integrated into daily life, Kateryna is always there when it’s needed most.
