AMAC further expanded its presence in Turkey with a new hangar which was completed in Bodrum, Turkey in 2017, which cater in commercial line and base maintenance. Our Bodrum station also carry out maintenance services on corporate & VIP business aviation. In December 2021, AMAC acquired GAMIT Ltd, a UK company established in 1990 focused in supplying aircraft spare parts & logistics, repair management and consignment stock provisioning. GAMIT is a specialized organisation supporting airlines and leasing companies addressing the digital future of technical records & asset management with ROAM. Since 2023, AMAC Aerospace also have a regional sales office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company offers professional consulting services on management and marketing in aviation.

Accomplished Maintenance on 2x Dassault Falcon Aircraft At the end of February, AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, completed routine maintenance on 2x Dassault Falcon aircraft. The first aircraft was a Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy which underwent a basic inspection along with several scheduled servicing and operational tests. Four wheel assemblies were replaced with spare parts and the pitot probe was replaced due to being in bad condition. The second aircraft, a Dassault Falcon F900EX EASy owned by a European customer and stored at Istanbul Atatürk Airport, underwent a 2-month inspection including daily servicing operations. Completed Maintenance on Gulfstream G550 and G450 At the end of January, AMAC Aerospace redelivered 2x Gulfstream aircraft after maintenance at the hangars in Basel, Switzerland. One of the aircrafts, a Gulfstream G550 of a new customer, underwent due maintenance and the aircraft was polished with Xzilon. In addition, the entrance carpet was changed and the GPS antenna was replaced. The second aircraft, a Gulfstream G450, came to AMAC Aerospace for an annual inspection and brake assembly replacement. Troubleshooting and Line Maintenance Performed on Dassault Falcon F7X A long term customer contacted AMAC Aerospace Turkey because their Dassault Falcon F7X was experiencing occasional electrical ground failures. The privately owned aircraft arrived at AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s hangar in Istanbul where the team troubleshot the aircraft. During troubleshooting, the PDCU (Power Distribution Control Unit) was found to be faulty and was replaced with a serviceable unit. After the replacement, all tests were performed without any findings and the aircraft was released.
