Görevler ve Sorumluluklar: Elektrik departmanının operasyonel süreçlerini etkin bir şekilde yönetmek ve sürekli iyileştirmek. Yatların elektrik sistemlerinin tasarımını, montajını ve bakımını denetlemek. Ekip içi ve ekipler arası koordinasyonu sağlamak. Tedarikçi ilişkilerini yönetmek ve elektriksel sistemlerin zamanında teslim edilmesini sağlamak. Teknik ve idari dokümantasyonu takip etmek, kalite ve güvenlik standartlarına uyum sağlamak. Proje yöneticilerine/yönetime elektrik departmanıyla ilgili düzenli raporlama yapmak. Aranan Nitelikler: Elektrik Mühendisliği bölümü lisans diploması. Sektörde en az 10 yıl; 50 metreden büyük yat projelerinde en az 5 yıl deneyim. Elektrik sistemleri, otomasyon ve enerji yönetimi konularında derin bilgi. Takım yönetimi, liderlik ve proje yönetimi becerileri. İyi derecede İngilizce bilgisi (yazılı ve sözlü). MS Project, E Plan, AutoCAD gibi proje yönetimi ve tasarım yazılımlarına hakimiyet. Çözüm odaklı ve analitik düşünme yeteneği.
