🚀 Celebrating Women in Tech – Growing Together 🌸 We believe that true empowerment starts with inspiration. This International Women’s Day, we brought together technology, confidence, and community to support and connect the amazing women on our team. We started the day with nice music to bring good vibes to the office. The event was opened by our local management: Ľubica Neupauerová, Lubor Zatko, and Joop Jansen. Then we had inspiring discussions with strong women in IT: Ľubica Neupauerová, Katarina Varadyova, Bibiana Kollarova, and Klára Klein, who shared their stories and experiences. How to deal with imposter syndrome or improve personal styling? These were just some of the topics we covered in a program full of activities and breakout sessions, mixing trends from the tech world with tips for everyday life. Big thanks to our great colleagues for joining and creating a fantastic atmosphere. Thanks to the generosity of our employees, we raised an incredible €2,330, which our company matched, bringing the total donation to €4,660 for DOMKO Social Services Home in Košice. 🙌 This contribution supports people with intellectual disabilities while also fulfilling our corporate social responsibility 🌍, which is based on the values of solidarity, empathy, and helping those who need it most. 💞 We are incredibly proud to see our team come together—not just to enjoy delicious cakes, but to make a real difference.
