Last night, our Iconic team came together to participate in Singapore Cancer Society’s Relay For Life 2025, a meaningful event dedicated to raising funds and awareness for cancer patients and their families. Our team of 40 staff and their families and friends were joined by Helen Oh, Trade and Investment Commissioner and Counsellor (Commercial) and Cristina Genero, Second Secretary and Consul at the Australia High Commission took on the 100KM challenge, pushing through the night in a show of strength, resilience, and hope. We have raised $5,450 and are grateful for the generosity of our supporters who have contributed to this cause. This year’s theme, “Hope in Every Step,” reminds us that every stride we take brings us closer to a future of greater cancer awareness and prevention.  Alongside Dr Koh Poh Koon (Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment & Ministry of Manpower, and Honorary Patron of 365CPS), Dr Francis Chin and our Iconic team walked 3km in solidarity, standing strong in the fight against cancer. Following the walk, Dr Francis Chin participated in a panel discussion alongside Jocelyn Fong (senior dietitian) and Choo Kai Bing (senior physiotherapist) on the power of preventive choices in reducing cancer risk, reinforcing the importance of early detection and proactive healthcare. Icon Health Screening also provided complimentary body fat analysis and consultations to help participants better understand their health and its impact.

It was an amazing evening as the iconic senior management team and doctors came together to catch up over great food and drinks! We are honoured to participate in Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) mission event in Jakarta. This delegation brings together key stakeholders and high-level business leaders from Australia and Indonesia across critical industries, including healthcare, logistics, and infrastructure, to strengthen bilateral investment and collaboration.   As part of this visit, Icon Cancer Centre (ASEAN) CEO, Serena Wee had the privilege of engaging in a closed-door discussion with Indonesia’s Minister of Health, Mr. Budi Sadikin, alongside Tim Stapleton, Minister-Counsellor, Australian Embassy, Jakarta and Lauren Adams, Trade and Investment Commissioner, Austrade Jakarta to gain valuable insights into Indonesia’s healthcare priorities and vision for the future.   At Icon, we remain committed to supporting international efforts to improve access to cancer care and reduce the global cancer burden.
