Homelessness is more than a lack of shelter; that’s why La rue des Femmes in Montreal is dedicated to helping homeless women rebuild their lives with care and compassion. We’re proud to have donated $25,000 CDN to support their important and inspiring mission. La Rue des Femmes offers essential services such as meals, shelter, medical care, prevention, and emotional and relational support—all with a focus on empowering homeless women. Relying on private donations, they continue to create positive changes in the lives of vulnerable individuals. By coming together, we can help build a more compassionate and resilient community. Let’s make a difference together towards this critical mission. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- L'itinérance est plus qu'un manque d'abri ; c'est pourquoi La rue des Femmes à Montréal se consacre à aider les femmes en état d’itinérance i à reconstruire leur vie avec soin et compassion. Nous sommes fiers d'avoir fait un don de $25,000 CDN pour soutenir leur mission importante et inspirante. La rue des Femmes offre des services essentiels tels que des repas, un abri, des soins médicaux, de la prévention et un soutien émotionnel et relationnel, tout en mettant l'accent sur l'autonomisation des femmes qu’elle accueille. Grâce à des dons privés, l’organisme continue d'apporter des changements positifs dans la vie des personnes vulnérables. En nous unissant, nous pouvons contribuer à bâtir une communauté plus compatissante et plus résiliente. Ensemble, faisons la différence dans le cadre de cette mission essentielle.

Maison du Père in Montreal is committed to supporting homeless men with essential services. We stand with them in their mission to address homelessness and are proud to have donated $25,000 CDN to help support their programs.  Thanks to generous donations, Maison du Père has achieved key objectives and introduced important solutions, including: - 20 new permanent emergency/health beds, complementing 10 specialized healthcare beds for the homeless.  - A strengthened partnership between the health, social services network and community resources, ensuring more comprehensive care. To maintain these vital services, continued support is essential. By supporting their mission, we can help sustain their solutions and efforts. The UN's theme for World Water Day 2025 is "Glacier Preservation”—a call to action to protect one of Earth's most vital resources. Glaciers supply meltwater essential for drinking water, agriculture, industry, clean energy production, and healthy ecosystems. However, rapid glacial melt disrupts water flows, with profound consequences for both people and the planet. To address this, reducing greenhouse gas emissions is critical in slowing the pace of climate change, which directly impacts glacier preservation. Rising global temperatures accelerate glacial melt, disrupting freshwater availability and threatening communities that depend on it. At Ovivo, our mission is to provide sustainable and efficient water treatment solutions through innovation and expertise. In addition to water treatment, we are actively working to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, ensuring our efforts benefit both our business and our customers. Exciting news, Ovivo is expanding its European presence with a new design center in Kaunas, Lithuania!  The center, which will open next month, will focus on designing piping and plant systems for ultrapure water and wastewater treatment facilities serving the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. Kaunas stood out as the ideal location thanks to its strong engineering talent, state-of-the-art digital infrastructure, and diversity in the STEM sector. We’re looking forward to growing our team in Lithuania and continuing to push the boundaries of innovation in water treatment. #Water #Innovation #Engineering #STEM #UPW
