Celebrating 10 remarkable years 🍾 Novade had humble beginnings. A small team of pioneers started operations on the ninth floor of an industrial building in the suburbs of Singapore in 2014. Our initial goal was to transform field management in the construction industry through technology. We spent countless hours on sites, deciphering how people operate, and eventually launched the first Novade application.   Today our software is used in Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and America. Anywhere in the world, from the Arabian desert to the fjords of Norway, we help build infrastructure. Everywhere in the world, we help deliver the most iconic buildings.   🌐 Growing Together It's been a fun journey of innovation, resilience, and unwavering commitment to support our clients in the field, where things get done. Our growth story would be incomplete without acknowledging our incredible team, partners, and clients. A heartfelt thank you to every team member for their dedication and to our clients and partners for their trust and collaboration. Together, we've built not just projects, but lasting relationships.   🔍 Reflecting and looking ahead As we reflect on the past decade, we are also thrilled about the future. We believe AI will revolutionise field operations in the coming decade. As our clients gather more data in the field, our models are becoming increasingly accurate at predicting potential issues. Integration with IoT, tracking systems, and AI cameras is going to provide additional information that will offer even more insights. What an eventful day at the Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore (REDAS) Digital Future Symposium (DFS) 2025! We were honoured to contribute to the discussions shaping the future of Singapore's built environment. ✨ Engaging panel discussions: Our Senior Sales Director, Ben Shanks, led a dynamic panel featuring Hwee Chim Lim, Muhd Khalil Shaiful Bahari, and Kee Chuan Tan ACP(B) / (PMP)®, diving deep into smart technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation in construction. The discussions explored how to maintain a high KPI (Keep People Interested) index to attract and retain top talent, and as Muhd Khalil eloquently put it, how we can achieve “construction on steroids” together through collaboration. 🤖 Novade’s CEO & Co-Founder, Denis Branthonne, joined an esteemed panel, led by Dr. Eugene Seah, featuring esteemed leaders fromCity Developments Limited, BIMAGE Consulting, Surbana Jurong North Asia, and IMDA.
