Improving speed and accuracy! We’re thrilled to announce that at the recent NVIDIA Code Fest, we successfully integrated LynxScribe, our modular generative AI platform, with #NIMs and #cuVS! By leveraging NVIDIA’s GPU-based cuVS vector store (using faiss-gpu and Milvus), we enhanced the RAG method and achieved an impressive 481 retrievals/sec on a massive 15M BioASQ dataset using a single NVIDIA A100 GPU (80GB)! Furthermore, with a 4-GPU cluster, we realized a 1100x speed boost compared to CPU-based methods (1.5 retrievals/sec). Additionally, we significantly improved LynxScribe’s RAG graph retrieval accuracy: for complex, law-based questions, we achieved a 93% probability of including the ground truth node in the top 5 retrieved nodes, compared to 59% with standard RAG. For our customers, this means faster insights and more reliable solutions, even for the most challenging business questions.
