At this year’s Game Developers Conference, Jenny Brusk and Vania Castagnino Ugolotti took center stage to share the results from the All In project – a Sweden Game Arena and DONNA initiative designed to build more inclusive structures in the games industry. 🫶   “We had a fantastic turnout, with a majority of women and non-binary developers in the room,” said Jenny Brusk. “The response was overwhelmingly positive – and several attendees even signed up to become mentors. Given the current political climate, the message clearly resonated.”   The next step? Making sure these tools reach beyond our own ecosystem.
