  • 💫 OUR SECRET TO SUCCESS!💫 We are proud to present our new LinkedIn Concept: Lyvia Insights! This concept is built on research and how we at Lyvia Group build our business on those foundations. In this, the first real Insights-series will talk about THE SECRET TO SUCCESS! Enjoy! 🔍 How to Successfully Acquire Knowledge-Intensive Firms 🔍 Acquiring Knowledge-Intensive & Entrepreneurial (KIE) firms isn’t just about the transaction—it’s about fostering long-term growth while preserving what makes them unique. At Lyvia Group, we don’t just acquire—we partner. Our approach is grounded in scientific research by our owner, EHAB - Esmaeilzadeh Holding, conducted by Viktor Ström, Pontus Braunerhjelm, and Saeid Esmaeilzadeh. Their study, Making an M&A Work, explores how to acquire KIE firms while maintaining their strengths. 📌 Why does this research matter? Traditional post-acquisition strategies often fail for KIE firms because they overlook: ✅ The autonomy and expertise of the acquired company ✅ The long-term vision of key entrepreneurs ✅ The need for tailored incentives and partnerships That’s why our model is different. We build lasting relationships that respect entrepreneurial DNA—because success doesn’t come from control, but from collaboration. 🚀 Over the coming weeks, we’ll dive into the 5 core principles of successful KIE acquisitions—starting with Buyer-Seller Fit. Stay tuned! 👉 Want to learn more about the research? Find the link in the comments! #MergersAndAcquisitions #Growth #Entrepreneurship #KIF #KIE #SecretToSuccess

  • 🪦 SAAS IS DEAD - AI AGENTS ARE TAKING OVER! 🤖 Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella predicts a major change where AI agents take over the role of SaaS applications. Instead of working in separate systems and databases, the future may belong to a more integrated and intelligent solution – Agents as a Service (AaaS). Our company IT-HUSET share this vision. They believe that AaaS will quickly replace SaaS because the silo-based nature of SaaS does not fit into the AI agent era, where automation and optimized business processes are key factors. WHY IS SAAS BECOMING OBSOLETE? ➡️ SaaS is silo-based – Each application manages its own data and business logic, creating siloed systems. ➡️ AI is changing the landscape – Business logic is moving from SaaS applications to the AI layer, making traditional backend structure less relevant. ➡️ Agents as a Service (AaaS) eliminates silos – AI agents can understand needs, automate workflows, and optimize processes in real-time, creating a more integrated and flexible solution compared to SaaS. ➡️ The shift towards consumption-based business models – Most SaaS services are built on subscription-based business models, while AI agent solutions are often consumption-based. This reduces risk and increases scalability for both suppliers and consumers. SUMMARY: SaaS is built on siloed systems, while AaaS creates a cohesive, AI-driven environment where services and data merge. AI agents can eliminate the need for many traditional applications by automating and optimizing business processes. Companies that embrace this trend early will gain a strategic advantage in the new AI-powered era. Would you like to hear more about this topic?
